Welcome to the Program!

Sometime ago, I decided to change my life, I was tired of being the quiet guy that none of the girls payed attention to. I wanted to feel confident around women, I wanted to experience relationships and damnit, I wanted to have sex with beautiful women!

So I poured myself into the goal of changing myself, I watched other succesful guys, saw what they did, I read books and self-help programs to teach me. I made plans, took action, sometimes with success, sometimes with failure, but the most important thing that I learned was how to just enjoy the entire experience throughout it all.

Now that I've achieved my goals, I see other guys that are just like I used to be, and I feel compelled to help. No guy should go through life without experiencing what the other sex has to offer. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to decide to change. I wish someone had done what I'm doing right now, which is to teach what I would like to share with you now.

In some ways, I feel like I already know you, because I know that you are ready and willing to make some changes in your life, trust me I've been there so I know what its like to be nervous around women and feel like they wouldn't like you if you approached them anyways. It takes a special kind of person to want to grow and improve themselves. You should really be excited, because by reading this program, you've already taken your first step towards creating a better life for yourself. It's going to be great! I know that you are going to make some awe-inspiring improvements in your life, and even better, it's going to be fun!

Rules for success

Before you begin, I have some easy to follow ground rules. These rules are simply designed to increase the effectiveness of the program.

Rule 1 - Follow my Instructions
Follow my instructions very carefully. When I tell you to take a break. Do it! When I tell you to set aside a specific amount of time, do it. If you don't follow the program, I can't help you, it's as simple as that. Each of the chapters in this program are important, and need to be given their proper time and attention. If you rush through them without taking breaks, then you are likely to not have given them the attention required for success.

Rule 2 - Complete the sections in Order
Follow through the program in the order that each chapter is presented. Make sure that you have completed your tasks successfully before moving onto the next section. Some of the sections require the background and success of the prior chapters, so if you feel the need to skip ahead, please don't. You'll feel glad that you followed the program when you've achieved your goals.

Rule 3 - No distractions
When you are working on the program, eliminate all distractions. Turn off the TV, try to be alone. If you like, turn on some quiet and relaxing music and set the tone of the environment to focus on the program.

Rule 4 - Avoid Eating prior to, or during, working on the program
When you eat food, your blood rushes to digest that food, generally sapping your energy. We've all experienced those drowsy afternoons after lunch. When our bodies are in this drowsy state, our minds are less able to focus on the task at hand. If you must eat, try to eat something light and easily digestible.

Rule 5 - Practise
Practise, practise, practise. There are some exercises in this program that will require some repetition. it's like body building, you can't expect successful results from working out once in a while. The more you practise your exercises, the greater your success.

Rule 6 - Keep an Open Mind
If you are going to make changes in your life, you must have an open mind. You also can't allow yourself to become discouraged and give up. I promise that if you follow the programs instructions and work the program faithfully, you will see results.

Rule 7 - Have Fun
Have fun and enjoy the program! If you are having fun and are eager to do the program, then nothing can stop you.

Rule 8 - Never, ever give up
This is the most important rule of all, because persistance garantees success. Don't let anything stop you, never, ever, ever give up.

Your Journal

You are going to need a journal, which is an important part of the program. I'll be instructing you to write down some reminders, perform some brainstorming sessions, among other things. Keep your journal organized and private. It would be best if your journals pages are at least 8 1/2" x 11" large because you'll need the space for the brainstorming sessions. You'll obviously also need a pen or a pencil handy to write in your journal. If you are using a pencil, just be sure that you have a pencil sharpener as well because it's best not to interrupt your work hunting for one later. For one session in the program you are also going to need some scissors, so keep those handy as well.
