How to feel happy now!

Happiness is the Key to Success!

Its funny when you think about it, but generally most people think they need to accomplish their goals in order for them to feel happy. They strive and struggle to achieve their goals in the pursuit of happiness, often discovering that they still aren't happy.

Well, I'm going to let you in on a secret. The key to success is simply to feel happy now, and more importantly feeling happy consistantly. Think about that. What possible reason could there be for postponing happiness? There really is no good reason. You might find yourself saying 'why should I be happy?' I haven't accomplished my goals yet, when I get what I want, then I'll be happy. Well, pardon me, but that's bull. The fact is, you can feel happy right this very instant, and in fact, feeling happy consistantly and passionately will greatly help you to succeed in achieving your goals, and improve your life immensely. Happiness attracts happiness, so if a woman sees you as a happy person, they will instantly be more attracted to you.

Feeling Happy is so Simple!

The thing about happiness is that its much easier to be happy than you think. At a moments notice you can make yourself happy, the trick is keeping yourself in a happy state consistantly. But lets just start with instant happiness, because its quite easy, and powerful. If you want to feel happy at a moments notice, all you have to do is genuinely smile! Incidentally, if you don't know the difference between a genuine smile, and a fake smile, it's in the upper cheeks and lower eyelids. Its alot easier to understand through experimentation, so I want you to try something. Stand in front of a mirror and smile with your mouth only. Then smile with your whole face, specifically squeezing your upper cheeks and raising your lower eyelids. See the difference? More importantly, feel the difference? When you smile with only your mouth, you might feel a little happy, but if you smile with your whole face... Voila! You feel happy! Smiling immediately changes the way you feel because emotions are litrally hard wired to muscles in your face, its like an physical connection to your emotions, so you can immediately switch how you are feeling by simply smiling!

Feeling Happiness consistantly

Ok, smiling is great for feeling happy in the moment, but it might be difficult to make yourself smile for extended periods, if you aren't really sure just what you are smiling about. So to feel happy consistantly, you need to give yourself some good reasons, and put yourself in a happy state everyday right when you wake up. Starting your day in a happy state, and turning it into a habit will help you to feel happy throughout your day. So, I want you to make a list of ALL the things you can think of that you are grateful for, a list of all the good things in your life. If you can't think of any, try harder, there is always something you can feel appreciation for and feel happy about. It can be small, large, in the past, and even in the future. Why not feel grateful for discovering this program, and taking action towards changing your life by reading and practising it. Write these gratitudes down in your journal!

Now, every morning, when you wake up and go through your morning routine, I want you to think of all the things in your life that you feel grateful for. Think of all the things that make you happy, and REALLY, REALLY feel happy about them. Take a break from brushing your teeth to laugh and smile at yourself in the mirror. Its ok, noone is looking, so what's the harm? Focus on the good things and forget about the bad things, let the bad stuff sort itself out. The idea is to focus on the things that make you happy, and in fact this will help by attracting only more good things into your life. Its seems so simple to feel happy, it really is. Why should it be difficult?

Being happy is as easy as you allow it to be, so don't deny yourself happiness, feel it as often as you can. Put up little reminders around your work, your car, your home, or your pocket to remind you to think of all the good things and feel happy. Feeling happy consistantly is truly a life changing experience all on its own, and will serve to drive you forward to achieving your goals.

Some people find it a little strange to feel happy like this, they think people will look at them like they are a little weird, or perhaps tell you that you aren't acting in your usual manner. Thats great! That's what you want! You want to change, and if people are noticing something different about you, then obviously its working, so feel even happier about it, and tell them that you've decided to focus on the good things in life, and its making you happy. Don't be ashamed for feeling happy, its a great feeling, and soon you'll find that its contagious as you find the people around you smiling right back at you. Its amazing to know you are spreading happiness around you, which will only assist you in accomplishing your goals because you're going to attract happy people into your life. Happiness attracts happiness. Enjoy it! Feel happy, and make it a habit.

Your Task

Your task is to write a list of the things you feel grateful for right now, and setup a reminder for every morning to start your day by thinking of all the things you are happy and grateful for. Turn it into a habit, and you'll soon find more and more things to be grateful for because your happiness will attract more good things to you, including Women!
