My Goal is to find my soul mate
This can be a tough goal for some people because of the definition of 'soul mate'. For some people they may never know if they have met their soul mate, while others would 'know' right away.
I suggest that if you aren't one of those people that 'knows', then a better goal for you may be to have a healthy, caring relationship. You may even find that that person may turn out to be your soul mate! Perhaps you are meant to have some other relationships before you find your soul-mate. So what I am telling you, is that you should be careful with choosing this as your goal.

If you are absolutely sure that you want your goal to be finding your soul-mate, then that's great, I wish you all the best in your quest and I'm sure you are meant to find each other! Just keep yourself open to relationships along your journey to find her. She won't mind! In fact, she'll appreciate the fact that you are more experienced in relationships when you meet her.
Write the title of this goal as 'My Goal is to find my soul mate' on a fresh page in your journal. Now I want you to create a visualization of yourself finding your soul mate and having a wonderful relationship with her. Visualize yourself being with your soul-mate, really feel like the relationship is just a regular part of your life. Write down the details of this visualization in your journal and add it into your day dreaming routine.
The next chapter is dedicated to determining the many milestones along the path to your ultimate goal. It can be quite a joy and relief to know exactly what your goal is, so revel in it. Take a break and go have some fun.
